For those busy bees who can't find time to go to the gym, we provide personalised workout programs that can be performed at home.
 
It takes only 20-25 minutes
No equipments required! 
It doesn't end with just one workout chart with us...


We start with a basis workout plan to test your level, and based on the results, we will give you new personalised workout plans every four weeks.

We expect you to take a printout of each workout plan and begin your fitness program accordingly. You are supposed to take notes in the provided columns in the workout chart in order to keep track of your rep and set counts. After four weeks of workout when you require a new workout chart, you can send us a phone camera scan/pic of the progress report, and we will send you a new chart based on your achievements.

We make sure that you do not get bored out of your workout plan, and that you are satisfied with your workout. We guarantee to tear your muscles and give you an athletic build.
