Workout Regime

Day 1: Chest and Biceps

Day 2: Back, Shoulder, and Triceps

Day 3: Chest and Legs

Day 4: Cardio and Core muscles

 

Your routine will remain the same, but the exercises will keep changing every 4 weeks. You will be given higher level exercises depending on how well you are able to perform the given exercises.

Age: 15 - 55
